The Emirates NBD School Students’ Inspiration Week is a structured outreach initiative designed to engage and support school students through strategic partnerships with government and academic institutions. The program aims to introduce students to the banking and financial services sector at an early stage, raising awareness of career opportunities and building interest in future pathways within the industry through a one-week summer / winter camp.

Through this initiative, we seek to attract and inspire future talent — both UAE Nationals and expatriates — by providing meaningful exposure to the banking environment, career insights, and foundational knowledge that encourages long-term engagement with the sector.
