Skill set: • SAS AML 7.1 application Programming knowledge (BASE SAS & Advance SAS) - Mandatory • SAS EG & Oracle PL/SQL –knowledge in PL/ SQL – Mandatory • SAS DI, SAS VA - preferable • Basic Linux – knowledge of basic Linux Applications supported • SAS– Application support (Anti Money Laundering), Configuration & User management (SAS Administrative console) • Data warehouse Data Marts (ETL SQL) – DTS development, configuration, execution & monitoring (internal development) - Optional • Dunning process – daily process - full support (internal development) • Month end process - full support (internal development) • Working knowledge with software development methods and techniques • Good knowledge of and experience with UNIX OS, programming languages and development tools • Good verbal and written communication • Working knowledge with software development methods and techniques • Good knowledge and experience with OS, shall script programming languages and development tools • Strong technical knowledge in required application area. • Ability to review, understand and improve program code and system documentation. • Good verbal and written communication including ability to prepare system documentation. • Ability to interpret solution documentation and identify areas of concern and recommend approach. • Ability to multi-task in a dynamic work environment. • Ability to work on multiple projects with multiple deadlines • Ability to communicate clearly with business users and project manager • Ability to innovate and provide functional applications with intuitive interfaces • Ability to complete all phases of software development life cycle including analysis, design, functionality, testing and support. • Computer Science degree or equivalent Qualification Operating Environment, Framework and Boundaries, Working Relationships-• Member of the development/ implementation team (including off- shore) working on assigned tasks, projects and it initiatives • interacts with members and other functional teams including members of the off- shore team • work with team members participating in shadowing and training activities • adhere to information controls and security frameworks/ procedures, including change and incident management process • provide general administrative support to the team including meetings, knowledge transfer and activity reporting • Review code and identify of programming errors • Investigate and understand the cause of defects raised. • Interpret, understand and resolve support issues • Responsible to deliver functional programming errors • investigate and understand the cause of defects raised • proactively rectify/ rework to minimize issues with deliverables which adversely affects the value chain
