Sales & Sourcing Assistant

🔸 Job Description:

We are a growing trading company based in Dubai, specializing in food, beverages, and consumer goods. We are currently looking for a dynamic Sales & Sourcing Assistant with a passion for sales and product research. The ideal candidate is Thai, fluent in English, and motivated to work in a fast-paced international environment.

🔸 Key Responsibilities:

• Research and source new products based on market trends and company needs
• Communicate with suppliers (especially in Thailand and Asia) for product inquiries and negotiations
• Assist in placing and following up on purchase orders
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the UAE and abroad
• Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, invoices, and basic administrative tasks
• Maintain product and supplier databases
• Support in trade shows or client meetings when required

🔸 Requirements:

• Thai nationality, currently in the UAE or willing to relocate
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Strong interest in sales, product sourcing, and international trade
• Good communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Experience in trading, procurement, or sales is a plus
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Email, etc.)
