Sales Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to spearhead the growth of our Industrial Cleaning division. This is a foundational role with significant opportunity for growth. You will be responsible for building a robust sales pipeline, securing service contracts, and establishing Reflow as the go-to partner for industrial cleaning solutions in the UAE market. Your success in this role will directly impact the company's trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and proactively prospect potential clients within target sectors, including manufacturing, energy, marine, and commercial facilities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, such as Plant Managers, Maintenance Heads, and Facility Supervisors.
• Conduct on-site visits and walk-throughs to understand client needs and accurately scope cleaning projects.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and service proposals that clearly articulate the value and technical expertise of Reflow's cleaning solutions.
• Negotiate contract terms and pricing to successfully close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
• Collaborate closely with our operations team to ensure a smooth handover and successful service delivery for clients.
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date record of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
