Black & Grey HR is hiring an experienced Sales Manager
to drive revenue growth across GCC and domestic transportation operations. The
role will focus on securing business for both company-owned fleet and market
truck operations, optimizing fleet utilization through back loads, and expanding
market presence across the GCC region.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Revenue Growth- Develop and execute sales
strategies to grow road freight and transportation business.
- Identify and acquire new customers
while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Secure back loads from GCC
countries including KSA, Oman, Bahrain, and other regional markets.
- Drive revenue growth across
industries such as FMCG, retail, automotive, construction, and oil & gas.
- Promote and expand additional
logistics and transportation services within the existing customer base.
Operations & Logistics Coordination- Coordinate closely with operations
and fleet teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
- Optimize truck utilization, fleet
efficiency, and transportation planning.
- Monitor freight rates, market
trends, and competitor activities to remain competitive in the market.
Customer Relationship Management- Build strong relationships with
shippers, consignees, and logistics decision-makers.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction
through timely delivery and service excellence.
- Resolve customer concerns and
operational issues efficiently.
Sales Reporting & Performance Monitoring- Achieve and exceed sales and gross
profit targets.
- Prepare regular sales reports,
forecasts, CRM updates, and market analysis for management review.
- Maintain accurate records of
customer interactions, inquiries, and follow-ups.
Team Management & Development- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales
team to drive performance and accountability.
- Establish KPIs, conduct
performance reviews, and support team development initiatives.
- Ensure effective coordination
between sales coordinators and field sales staff.
- Foster a high-performance sales
culture through coaching, motivation, and structured management practices.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Business
Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales
within road freight, transport, or logistics industry.
- Proven success in achieving sales
targets within the GCC road freight sector.
- Strong understanding of GCC road
freight operations, trucking networks, and market trends.
- Excellent negotiation, business
development, and deal-closing skills.
- Strong communication, stakeholder
management, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and
manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Self-motivated, commercially
driven, and results-oriented.
- Good understanding of competitor
activities, market intelligence, and profitability strategies.
- Experience with CRM systems, sales
reporting, and business development processes.
