The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving the sales of industrial chemicals to new and existing clients within designated territories. You will develop and execute sales strategies, build strong customer relationships, and provide expert product advice and solutions to meet the specific needs of industrial clients. This is a hands-on, field-based role that requires a dynamic individual with a deep understanding of the industrial chemical market and a passion for achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Growth: Drive sales performance by identifying new business opportunities and expanding relationships with existing customers in the industrial chemicals market.
  • Territory Management: Manage and grow a defined territory by targeting key accounts and industries.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers, engineers, and procurement teams within client organizations.
  • Product Expertise: Provide expert technical support to customers on product applications, benefits, and safety, ensuring solutions are tailored to customer needs.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to inform sales strategies and product development.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling product presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our products.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations, manage pricing discussions, and close sales contracts with clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (R&D, operations, logistics, and marketing) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Track sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics; provide regular reports to senior management on sales progress, forecasts, and achievements.
