الوصف الوظيفي

 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 


  1. Business Development & Client Acquisition: Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate clients in Abu Dhabi, with a focus on Chinese-owned businesses or companies with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders. 
  2. Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business. 
  3. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence, especially within sectors familiar with or requiring Mandarin-speaking support. 
  4. Proposal & Contract Negotiation: Prepare customized staffing solutions, negotiate contracts, and close deals efficiently. 
  5. Market Analysis: Track market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to continuously refine sales strategies. 
  6. Team Collaboration: Coordinate with recruitment, operations, and account management teams to ensure seamless service delivery. 
  7. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all sales activities align with UAE labor laws and company policies. 


المهارات

Job Requirement / Qualifications 


  • Nationality: Chinese national (mandatory). 
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Mandarin and English (both required). 
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. 
  • Experience: 
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales within the recruitment industry or solutions sales domain. 
  • Preferred UAE or GCC experience. 
  • Industry Expertise: 
  • Strong knowledge of staffing services or workforce outsourcing. 
  • Experience working with Chinese corporates or multinational organizations is a plus. 
  • Other Skills: 
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong understanding of enterprise client management. 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
