About the Role:
We are seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our growing team in Dubai. After comprehensive training, you will be responsible for proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, leveraging company-provided resources while also developing your own sales channels. This role requires a self-starter mentality, combining both online and offline sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect & Generate Leads – Actively seek out new clients through cold calling, networking, digital outreach (social media, email, etc.), and in-person visits.
- Build Strong Client Relationships – Understand customer needs and present tailored refrigeration solutions.
- Achieve Sales Targets– Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales goals through self-driven efforts.
- Market Research – Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Team– Share market insights and contribute to sales strategy improvements.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Base Salary+ Uncapped Commission (higher performance = higher earnings)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
Ideal Candidate:
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed in sales.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills(English required; Chinese and other languages are a strong advantage).
- Experience in B2B sales (preferred but not mandatory) – HVAC, refrigeration, or industrial equipment sales is a bonus.
- Tech-savvy – Comfortable using CRM tools, social media, and digital sales platforms.
- Owns a valid UAE driving license (advantageous for client visits).
- Language Requirements:
Mandatory: Professional fluency in English
Highly Preferred:
Chinese (Mandarin) - for communication with our headquarters and Chinese clients
Arabic - for local market penetration and client relations
Additional languages are a plus
Education:
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
