Job Title: Sales Engineer

Job Summary:
A leading precision engineering company based in Dubai is looking for a Sales Engineer with solid experience in the CNC machining and manufacturing sector. The ideal professional will have strong technical knowledge of CNC machining parts and a proven track record in UAE-based sales. This role involves developing and maintaining client relationships, preparing accurate estimates for machining parts, and providing technical support to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and develop new business opportunities in manufacturing and engineering sectors
· Understand client requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions
· Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations
· Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure smooth project execution
· Maintain strong client relationships and provide after-sales support
· Achieve sales targets and provide regular reporting to management
Qualification &Skills:
· Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in technical sales (preferably in CNC machining or precision parts)
· Strong understanding of CNC machining processes and components
· Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings (2D & 3D CAD)
· Experience in machining cost estimation including material, machining, and finishing costs
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client meetings and presentations
· Educational Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE Mech)
· Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
· Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel within the UAE
