We are seeking a strategic and experienced Retail Sales Executive to oversee all aspects of retail store
operations and sales performance in the UAE. This role focuses on driving sales growth, optimizing
customer experience, managing day-to-day operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading a
high-performing team.
Job Responsibilities:
● Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and visual
merchandising to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning
● Monitor and drive sales performance, implementing strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets set
by management
● Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and achieve revenue targets set
by management.
● Analyze sales trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to optimize marketing and
promotional plans.
● Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency in merchandising, stock management, customer
experience, and staff scheduling.
● Coordinate offline and online channels to ensure seamless customer experiences, including Click &
Collect and e-commerce fulfillment.
● Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws regarding working hours, documentation, and workplace
safety; enforce SOPs that align with brand standards and UAE retail regulations.
● Manage visa processes, labor card issuance, and other governmental approvals in coordination with
HR and PRO.
● Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in compliance with MOHRE and other regulatory
bodies.
● Lead and support the store team to ensure a consistently excellent customer experience.
● Train, develop and motivate team members to meet service and operational standards.
● Establish clear performance goals to drive team accountability and operational excellence, and
monitor key performance indicators to compile comprehensive sales and performance reports for
senior management
● Promote a positive and productive work environment aligned with company values.
● Ensure customer interactions reflect brand standards in service quality and behavior.
● Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and timely resolution.
● Maintain store appearance in line with brand guidelines, including visual merchandising and
cleanliness.
Key Qualifications:
● Proven experience in team leadership, sales forecasting, and operational execution.
● Proficient in POS systems, retail inventory software
● In-depth understanding of UAE labor regulations and experience with visa and PRO-related
procedures.
● Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly Excel/Sheets.
● Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
● Proactive mindset toward process improvement and optimization.
● Keen attention to detail with strong decision-making skills.
● Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
● Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Educational Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
● If he has job-related experience, the educational qualification requirement can be waived.
Experience Requirements:
● Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the fashion, lifestyle, or consumer
goods sector preferably in UAE.
