About Dubai Foundation for Women and Children:

   The Dubai Foundation for Women and Children is the first authorized non-profit shelter and humanitarian care in the United Arab Emirates to care for women and children who are victims of domestic violence, child abuse, and victims of human trafficking. It was established in late 2007 in order to provide victims with immediate shelter, protection and support services, in accordance with international human rights conventions.

·Responsible for overall internal client management in terms of end to end implementation of policies of services defined

·Design & conduct regular meetings with clients on a need basis to ensure execution of case plan

·Liaise with the Housing Manager to ensure discipline and compliance with defined norms

·Singly responsible to liaise with call centre after defined work hours for admission, next action steps and implementation of policies on referred cases

·Be responsible for the execution of vocational activities after work hours and ensure documentation of the same for data retrieval

• Bachelor degree in social services or equivalent
