We are part of an industry leading Broker, regulated in multiple jurisdictions offering CFD trading in FX, Commodities and Equities. We are seeking dynamic and results-oriented Sales Professionals to join our team in the UAE. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales and eager to contribute to a thriving business environment. As a Sales Professional, you will play a crucial role in acquiring new clients, driving revenue growth and establishing strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of sales acumen, interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. We offer extensive product training and successful candidates can look for career growth and excellent remuneration.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and prospecting.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  3. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  4. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  5. Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the management.
  6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies.
  7. Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance to management.
  8. Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and network with potential clients.
  9. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments to effectively communicate with clients.
  10. Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  4. Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  5. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
  6. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  7. Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
  8. Strong analytical skills to assess sales performance and market trends.
  9. Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
  10. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
