The Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Multi-Platform Sourcing: Utilize a variety of platforms including job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, and our internal database to proactively source and attract high-quality candidates.
• Candidate Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with job seekers, guiding them through the recruitment process from initial contact to placement.
• Candidate Screening & Qualification: Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability, skills, and experience against job requirements.
• Pipeline Development: Continuously build and nurture a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future opportunities.
• Database Management: Ensure our in-house CRM is meticulously maintained with accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
• Job Advert Management: Write compelling job advertisements and manage applicant responses across various online platforms.
• Candidate Presentation: Prepare professional candidate profiles and format CVs for client submission.
• Team Collaboration: Proactively support your team members to ensure we're consistently attracting and placing the best talent.
