Job Description:

We are a leading real estate developer in the UAE, seeking passionate and driven Arabic-speaking Real Estate Brokers to join our expanding sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for brokers who are eager to represent premium developments and enjoy high earning potential with a stable base salary and incentives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell residential and commercial properties developed by the company.
  • Provide property investment advice to clients and maintain a high level of customer service.
  • Handle inquiries from walk-in clients, online leads, and referrals.
  • Conduct property tours and provide detailed information to potential buyers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitor offerings.
  • Attend training, meetings, and exhibitions on behalf of the company.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in real estate sales (2–3 years minimum).
  • Fluent in Arabic (verbal and written); English is an advantage.
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • UAE Driving License is a plus.
  • RERA certification is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Must be available for immediate joining.
