Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation:
  • Understanding clients' needs, preferences, and financial goals related to property.
  • Property Sourcing:
  • Identifying suitable properties based on client requirements through market research and property viewings.
  • Market Analysis:
  • Staying informed about local market trends, property values, and competitor offerings.
  • Negotiation:
  • Facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers to reach mutually agreeable terms.
  • Transaction Management:
  • Guiding clients through the entire process, from initial offer to closing, including documentation and coordination with relevant parties.
  • Relationship Building:
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Sales Targets:
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to team goals.
  • Professional Development:
  • Staying updated on industry regulations, best practices, and new market developments.
  • Marketing and Promotion:
  • Promoting properties through various channels, including online listings and viewings.
  • Financial Guidance:
  • Providing information on property valuations, financing options, and investment strategies. 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and sales abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market.
  • Proficiency in property valuation and transaction management.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using real estate software and online platforms.
  • Understanding of real estate laws and regulations.
