Job Overview:
We are looking for highly motivated and driven Property Consultants to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This is a commission-based role, supported with attractive benefits that help you thrive in Dubai’s fast-paced and competitive off-plan real estate market.
As a Property Consultant, you will focus on promoting and selling off-plan properties from top-tier developers across Dubai. You’ll be equipped with all the tools, training, and leads necessary to build your pipeline, close deals, and accelerate your real estate career.

Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell off-plan properties to investors and end-users
Work with qualified leads provided by the company
Maintain in-depth knowledge of current and upcoming projects in Dubai
Build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional consultation
Manage property viewings, negotiations, and closing deals
Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements:
Strong motivation, discipline, and a winning attitude
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
Previous experience in real estate sales is preferred but not mandatory
Familiarity with Dubai off-plan real estate market is a bonus
Valid UAE driving license is advantageous
