Project Supervisior

Project Planning and Supervision

• Assist in developing detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  
• Supervise day-to-day on-site construction activities to ensure alignment with project timelines and specifications.
  
• Monitor and manage resources, including labour, materials, and equipment.
  

Team Management

• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
  
• Provide clear instructions to the team and ensure tasks are carried out effectively.
  
• Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays.
  

Quality Assurance

• Ensure that all construction work complies with the company’s quality standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements.
  
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address defects or inconsistencies.
  

Health and Safety Compliance

• Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
  
• Conduct safety meetings and ensure the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) on-site.
  

Stakeholder Communication

• Maintain open communication with clients, updating them on project progress, milestones, and challenges.
  
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to address design changes and technical issues.
  

• Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  
• Proven experience (5+ years) in supervising fit out and residential construction projects.
  
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards.
  
• Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
  
• Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
  
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.​
  
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
