Production Engineer

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Production Engineer. • Plan and supervise truck and pickup body manufacturing activities.
  
• Monitor production schedules to ensure timely completion.
  
• Maintain quality standards throughout fabrication and assembly.
  
• Coordinate with production, design, and quality teams.
  
• Optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.
  
• Resolve production issues and implement corrective actions.
  
• Train and guide production staff on best manufacturing practices.
  

• Truck body manufacturing expertise.
  
• Pickup body fabrication experience.
  
• Production planning and scheduling.
  
• Quality assurance and inspection.
  
• Manufacturing process optimization.
  

• GCC manufacturing experience.
  
• Lean manufacturing knowledge.
  
• Leadership and team coordination.
  

Minimum 6+ years of experience in Truck or Pickup Body Manufacturing is required. GCC manufacturing experience is preferred. Candidates should have strong exposure to fabrication, production planning, and manufacturing operations.

• Minimum: Typical – B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering
  
• Preferred: Postgraduate qualification in Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering
  
• Additional: Relevant production or quality certifications
