Production/Assembly Engineer (Industrial and Hazardous Area Lighting)

We’re recruiting a Production / Assembly Engineer (Industrial & Hazardous Area Lighting) to join one of our clients, an Industrial company based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

About Our Client:

• Plan, determine, coordinate, and control the production/assembly of hazardous lighting.
• Establish key guidelines and operating procedures for the effective operation of the Production Department.
• Deliver quality engineering production solutions in response to development, manufacturing, assembly, and operational needs.
• Ensure a strong and efficient teamwork culture within the production team.
• Implement production schedules and plans in a timely and effective manner.
• Direct production team members and introduce efficient production line methods.
• Identify risks and implement appropriate mitigation actions.
• Ensure understanding of and adherence to health and safety procedures.
• Maintain awareness of developments in production engineering to enhance departmental capabilities.
• Generate monthly production reports.
• Ensure best practices are employed and seek innovative ways to improve efficiency.
• Maintain close communication with local purchasing and sales teams to meet production commitments.
• Ensure quality assurance across all production outputs.

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent field
  
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of production/assembly processes for hazardous lighting and associated challenges
  
• Proven leadership, time management, and communication skills
