We are looking for an experienced Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Finacle Core Banking to support enterprise banking platform initiatives across Business Platforms and Core Platforms environments.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong blend of functional banking knowledge, technical customization experience, stakeholder management capability, and delivery ownership within large-scale banking transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead requirement gathering sessions, business workshops, and stakeholder discussions for banking platform initiatives.
• Perform end-to-end solutioning including requirement analysis, functional design, gap analysis, and delivery coordination.
• Work closely with business, technology, and delivery teams to ensure smooth implementation and alignment with project timelines.
• Manage delivery ownership including milestone tracking, coordination, dependency management, and issue resolution.
• Configure and customize Finacle Core Banking modules based on business requirements.
• Handle Finacle menu customization, API integrations, batch job setup, configuration, and monitoring activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog discussions, and retrospectives.
• Ensure proper documentation, functional specifications, and solution design alignment across stakeholders.
Required Technical Skills: • Strong hands-on experience with Finacle Core Banking platform.
• Expertise in Finacle scripting and customization.
• Experience in: Menu customization API integration & configuration Batch job setup & monitoring • Working knowledge of Node.
js is preferred.
• Exposure to DevOps practices and modern delivery methodologies will be an added advantage.
Functional Banking Knowledge: Strong understanding of banking modules including: • CASA • Term Deposits (TD) • Loans • Limits • Collaterals Required Competencies: • Strong techno-functional consulting capability within banking technology projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work directly with business users and senior banking stakeholders.
• Strong ownership mindset with ability to manage timelines and delivery expectations.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in fast-paced banking transformation programs.
Preferred Domain Experience: • Banking • Core Banking Transformation • Financial Services Nice to Have: • Exposure to Business Platforms & Core Platforms delivery environments.
• Experience working on enterprise banking integrations and modernization initiatives.
• Knowledge of DevOps workflows and CI/CD practices.
• Experience supporting production and release activities in banking systems.
