Powder Coating Technician

We are seeking skilled Powder Coating Technicians with hands-on experience in powder coating application, surface preparation, equipment handling, and finishing quality inspection. The ideal candidates should have strong technical knowledge of coating processes, safety standards, and defect troubleshooting.

• Perform manual and automatic powder coating applications.
  
• Prepare surfaces through cleaning, masking, and sandblasting processes.
  
• Operate powder coating booths and curing ovens efficiently.
  
• Conduct coating quality inspections and thickness measurements.
  
• Identify and troubleshoot coating defects and equipment issues.
  
• Maintain coating equipment and ensure proper functioning.
  
• Follow workplace safety standards and finishing quality procedures.

• Minimum 2 years and maximum 4 years of relevant powder coating experience.
  
• Hands-on industrial experience preferred.
  

• Diploma / ITI in Mechanical, Industrial, Production, or related field.
