Plumber Trainer

We are looking for a skilled Plumber Trainer to conduct trade test assessments for new joiners and existing workforce, create training programs for all levels of grades, and ensure that training meets UAE standards.
Job Responsibility:
- Conduct trade test assessments for new joiners and existing plumbers to evaluate their skills and knowledge.
- Develop and implement training programs that cater to different levels of experience and expertise within the plumbing field.
- Ensure that all training materials and content meet the standards set by UAE regulations.
- Provide continuous support and guidance to trainees throughout their learning journey.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the plumbing industry to enhance training programs.

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plumber with expertise in various aspects of plumbing.
- Previous experience in conducting training sessions or assessments is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE plumbing regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
