Plant Operator cum Electrical Technician

We are hiring skilled and safety-conscious Plant Operator cum Electrical Technicians to join our plant operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine operations and basic electrical troubleshooting, preferably in a manufacturing or batching plant environment.

• Operate machines and plant systems in accordance with SOPs and work instructions
  

  
  

• Monitor and maintain production logs, checklists, and equipment records on a daily/weekly basis
  

  
  

• Participate in preventive maintenance and attend to machine breakdowns
  

  
  

• Adhere to all safety procedures and operational guidelines
  

  
  

• Record machine parameters, settings, and operating conditions accurately
  

  
  

• Perform minor mechanical fixes and adjustments to machine parts
  

  
  

• Coordinate with the Shift Supervisor for plant-related issues
  

  
  

• Conduct basic electrical troubleshooting for control panels and process instruments
  

  
  

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical field
  

  
  

• 2–5 years of experience in plant/machine operations, preferably in batching or manufacturing plants
  

  
  

• Hands-on experience with SCADA, PLC, and HMI systems is a plus
  

  
  

• Strong understanding of electrical safety and instrumentation basics
  

  
  

• Ability to read technical manuals and interpret machine parameters
