Job Title: Maintenance Planning Officer – Electrical

Location: Offshore (MUB)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Planning Officer – Electrical to support offshore maintenance planning activities, ensuring efficient scheduling, resource allocation, and compliance with operational and safety standards in the Oil & Gas sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing annual maintenance plans and budgets for offshore electrical equipment.
• Coordinate with execution teams to track planned and routine maintenance activities.
• Maintain and analyze maintenance records, reports, and technical documentation.
• Plan and optimize manpower allocation for maintenance activities.
• Monitor KPIs, progress, and ensure timely completion of maintenance schedules.
• Support analysis of reports, audits, and incident data to improve maintenance strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 8–10 years of maintenance experience, including 5+ years in Oil & Gas as a Planning Officer.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance planning tools and electrical systems.
• Good analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Employment Details:

• Salary: AED 5,000 – 6,000/month + Offshore Allowances
• Rotation: 42 days on / 21 days of
• Contract Type: Contract Hire
