About the Role:

Resolution Demo Projects is actively seeking a Personal Executive Assistant for one of our high-profile clients at Cushman. This is a unique opportunity for a talented and reliable professional to support executive-level operations and play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level administrative and personal support to senior executives.
• Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
• Handle confidential documents and communications with professionalism.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
• Support business planning, event coordination, and client-facing engagements.

Qualifications:

• Female, aged between 25 to mid-30s.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
• Must be based within the Middle East or Europe.
• Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in a Personal or Executive Assistant role.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
