P&M Sr. Engineer

P&M Senior Engineer is responsible for the overall leadership and strategic management of plant and machinery operations to ensure efficient, safe and uninterrupted execution of construction activities. The role involves overseeing the deployment, maintenance and performance of critical equipment such as cranes, excavation machinery, dewatering systems, concrete pumps, batching plants, and lifting gear, ensuring high equipment availability and optimal utilization across all project sites. Engineer develops and implements maintenance strategies, monitors operational performance and ensures effective planning for equipment mobilization and logistics. Additionally, the role includes enforcing safety and compliance standards, managing budgets and resources, coordinating with project and construction teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reliability in station construction operations.
