Main Contractor based in Dubai needs a capable individual to step up into an Operations Manager role.
You will be handling a range of P&L activities from letting contracts, meetings suppliers and closing off final accounts and bonds.

Essential Factors for a successful application 

• Confident - able to hold a room and client face throughout the process be that pre or post contract 
• Prior UAE experience for a Tier 1/2 Main Contractor 
• Degree Educated preferred - Construction Management or Civil Engineering. If candidates has a superb track record of delivery the client may look at HND / Trades Background
• 85% of your career working on the Main Contractor's side handling relevant Building projects 
• You will understand design change, people management and program 
• Able to start employment before SEPTEMBER 2026 LATEST
