We are looking for a professional and presentable Office coordinator to join our trading company in Port Saeed, Dubai.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar administrative role
Presentable appearance and a professional attitude
Must be currently residing in Dubai and familiar with the city
Responsibilities:
Manage daily administrative tasks
Coordinate between internal departments
Handle phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling
Run banking errands and external tasks within Dubai
Maintain organized filing systems and company records
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Skilled in documentation, scheduling, filing, and correspondence
Able to handle banking and administrative tasks both inside and outside the office
Well-organized, responsible, and capable of working independently
