We are seeking a dedicated Neonatologist to join our specialized neonatal care team.
As a Neonatologist, you will provide expert diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing care for newborn infants, particularly those who are premature or critically ill.
You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest level of care in our state-of-the-art Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), supporting both our patients and their families throughout the clinical journey.
Responsibilities include: Assessing, diagnosing, and managing medical conditions in newborn infants.
Performing advanced neonatal procedures and life-support interventions.
Creating and implementing individualized care plans tailored to each neonate’s needs.
Providing compassionate communication and education to families regarding their infant’s condition and care.
Engaging in clinical research and participating in quality improvement initiatives to advance neonatal care.
Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless multidisciplinary care delivery.

Completion of Pediatrics residency and Neonatology fellowship training.
Board certification in Neonatology.
Active medical license to practice in the required state.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a NICU or equivalent neonatal care setting preferred.
Highly skilled in neonatal clinical procedures and critical care management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with families and the medical team.
Strong commitment to patient-centered care and continuous professional development.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
