Job Description
Stantec is looking to hire a Mechanical Engineer for a DM Sewerage System in Dubai.


Qualifications
The Mechanical Engineer, as a vital member of the supervision team, must possess a degree in mechanical
engineering from a recognized university.
Have at least 20 years of professional experience, with a
minimum of 10 years dedicated to supervision work in a similar projectâs capacity overseeing mechanical works.
He should exhibit substantial expertise in the design, construction, and supervision of mechanical works,
particularly related to pumping stations and force main infrastructure.
Proficiency in surge analysis and related site tasks, along with familiarity with various locations in Dubai for prompt emergency response, is essential.
Furthermore, the engineer must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to engage with the public and coordinate effectively with Dubai Municipality
projects.
Competence in drafting software, Microsoft Office applications, and specialized tools such as WANDA or Water Hammers, coupled with excellent communication
abilities in English and decision-making
capacity, is required.
A valid UAE driving license is also necessary for this role.
