Mason Foreman

We are seeking a skilled Mason Foreman to oversee construction projects and lead a team of masons in executing various tasks efficiently.
Job Responsibility:
1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of masons on site.
2. Plan and organize daily tasks, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
3. Train and mentor masons, providing guidance on proper techniques and safety procedures.
4. Monitor quality of work and enforce adherence to building codes and specifications.
5. Order materials and equipment as needed for projects.
6. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a mason with leadership responsibilities.
2. Strong knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, and tools.
3. Ability to read blueprints and understand project specifications.
4. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
5. Physical stamina and strength to handle the demands of the job.
6. Certification or training in masonry is a plus.
