Description
The role will include working directly with the founders playing a key role in shaping brand and growth strategy, especially across social media, paid campaigns, email, and digital content.
Marketing Execution
Plan and run digital campaigns across paid social (Meta, Google), email, and WhatsAppOwn and manage the marketing calendar and content rolloutsCreate and coordinate newsletters, announcements, and email campaignsAssist in SEO planning, blog strategy, and website contentLiaise with freelancers (design, content, PR) as neededSupport PR and press efforts-logistics, outreach, and coordinationContribute to campaign and landing page copyAnalyze campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs
Social Media Management
Own and grow our presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and moreCreate and schedule engaging, brand-aligned content (including reels, testimonials, founder content)Manage the content calendar, write captions, and maintain a consistent brand voiceUse Canva (or similar tools) to create visual assetsMonitor analytics and continuously optimize for engagement and reachEngage with the community: respond to messages, comments, and interactions
Community & Partnerships
Support both online and offline events, webinars, and campaignsHelp coordinate with partners, influencers, and brand ambassadorsStay up to date with marketing trends-especially in wellness and digital media
Profile
The ideal candidate for the role:
4+ years experience in marketing and/or social media roles (startup or wellness background is a plusA doer with a proactive mindset waiting for instructionsArabic language skills is an advantage Candidate needs to be based in UAE with local experience ideally Strong in content creation, campaign execution, and digital marketing basicsExperienced with paid media tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads) and email platforms (Mailchimp or similar)Familiar with SEO, blog strategy, and performance trackingSkilled in Canva, Figma, and other creative toolsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized, resourceful, and action-orientedGenuine interest in wellness, health tech, or mission-driven brands
