Job description

The Marketing and Communication Manager will lead the planning, execution, and oversight of integrated marketing and communication strategies for the holding group and its portfolio of subsidiaries across various industries (e.g., real estate, retail, hospitality, F&B, construction). This role is pivotal in enhancing brand equity, driving business growth, and maintaining a cohesive public image in alignment with UAE market expectations and global best practices.

Key Responsibilities:Strategic Marketing

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across the group and subsidiaries in alignment with business goals.
  • Coordinate with subsidiary marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and synergies.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities within the UAE and GCC markets.
  • Oversee marketing campaigns, performance metrics, and ROI analysis.

Corporate Communications

  • Lead corporate communication initiatives including internal communications, media relations, and crisis management.
  • Draft and approve press releases, corporate statements, and executive speeches.
  • Manage the development and distribution of corporate newsletters, reports, and stakeholder updates.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and PR agencies.

Brand Management

  • Maintain brand integrity across all marketing and communication materials.
  • Develop and enforce brand guidelines across the group and its subsidiaries.
  • Spearhead rebranding and brand enhancement initiatives where applicable.

Digital & Social Media

  • Oversee digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media.
  • Ensure strong digital presence across platforms relevant to the UAE audience.
  • Monitor online reputation and engagement.

Event Management & Sponsorship

  • Plan and execute corporate events, trade shows, sponsorships, and exhibitions.
  • Represent the holding group at key industry and networking events in the UAE and GCC.

Budget & Team Management

  • Manage the group marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing marketing and communications team.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments for employer branding and internal communication.
