Our Client

Our client is an investment and asset management platform with exposure across private equity, real estate, and operating businesses. The firm is strengthening governance and execution across its portfolio.

The Role

The Managing Director will oversee portfolio performance and lead strategic initiatives across investments. This role will work closely with the investment committee on capital deployment, portfolio optimisation, and value creation plans. A key responsibility will be managing relationships with portfolio company leadership and external partners. The MD will also support fundraising, investor relations, and exit strategies. The role requires a balance of investment discipline and operational understanding.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will bring senior leadership experience within investment management, private equity, or family office environments. Strong exposure to portfolio oversight and value creation is essential. Experience operating in the UAE or GCC markets is highly advantageous. The candidate must demonstrate commercial judgment, governance maturity, and stakeholder credibility. Strong financial acumen and board-level communication skills are required.
