One of our clients in UAE is hiring Manager Solution Delivery - Customer Portfolio. 

• Minimum Qualifications: Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) in a subject relevant to IT. 

• PMP Certification or other Project or Program Management qualification. 

• Experience: 10+ yrs IT experience of which the majority should be in a senior project or program management role.

• Role holder will have managed large scale projects and programs, or a large delivery function with large scale people management and leadership experience. 

• Experience as a strong stakeholder manager, coach/trainer, and a results oriented manager is preferred. 

Knowledge/skills: 

• Extensive knowledge of Project and Program Management practices, usually holding a Project Management Certification from a recognized professional body (such as Project Management Institute).

Professional Skills: 

• Relationship Management, Project/Program Management, Methods & Tools, Software Development and process improvement, large scale people management, Coaching and Training and large scale vendor management. 

• Direct Project Budget Managed: 20-35 million AED per annum (capitalized project accounts). 

• The projects managed will be made up of either 1 very large project, in the range of 20-35+ million Dirham’s, which would be highly complex and span over 18 months or a portfolio of related projects of medium to large size, complex, critical or highly dependent on each other, this could be any combination but adding up to a value of 20-35+ million dirham’s over a period of 18 months.
