We are looking for an experienced Lifting Engineer / Lifting Supervisor to manage and supervise all lifting operations at construction sites. The ideal candidate will ensure safe lifting practices, proper equipment usage, and compliance with project safety requirements and UAE regulations.

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise lifting operations at site.
  

  
  

• Prepare and review lifting plans, risk assessments, and method statements.
  

  
  

• Ensure all lifting activities are carried out safely and according to approved procedures.
  

  
  

• Supervise crane operations, lifting equipment, and rigging activities.
  

  
  

• Coordinate with site teams, crane operators, riggers, and project management.
  

  
  

• Inspect lifting gears, tools, and equipment to ensure validity and safety compliance.
  

  
  

• Ensure lifting operations comply with UAE HSE standards and project requirements.
  

  
  

• Monitor critical lifts and ensure proper execution.
  

  
  

• Verify load capacities, lifting arrangements, and equipment certifications.
  

  
  

• Conduct toolbox talks and lifting safety briefings.
  

  
  

• Maintain lifting records, inspection reports, and documentation.
  

  
  

• Identify lifting hazards and implement corrective actions.
  

  
  

• Ensure compliance with safe working practices during lifting activities.
  

  
  

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  

  
  

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in lifting operations within construction projects.
  

  
  

• Experience in high-rise buildings, residential, and villa projects preferred.
  

  
  

• Strong knowledge of cranes, rigging, lifting equipment, and lifting procedures.
  

  
  

• Valid lifting-related certifications (Lifting Supervisor / Appointed Person certification preferred).
  

  
  

• Knowledge of UAE lifting regulations and safety standards.
  

  
  

• Strong coordination and leadership skills.
  

  
  

• UAE construction experience is an advantage.
