Summary : We are looking for a Legal Intern to support the Legal Department with the day-to-day execution of core legal activities across brand protection, intellectual property, corporate governance, and commercial contracting.
The role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in intellectual property and brand protection, corporate and commercial law, and the practicalities of running an in-house legal function within a leading global cosmetics company.
Please note that this role is a 6-month fixed-term contract.
What You Will Gain : Hands-on exposure to real-world in-house legal work within a global organisation Practical experience supporting intellectual property protection and brand enforcement initiatives Experience of corporate governance fundamentals and commercial contracting processes Highly transferable skills in legal research, organisation, and stakeholder coordination Direct learning from senior Legal stakeholders Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Brand Protection & Intellectual Property Support online enforcement activity for anti-counterfeiting and other brand enforcement matters Prepare and maintain case reporting and tracking for the General Counsel and senior management Support global intellectual property registrations, renewals, and assignments Maintain structured records of enforcement activity, evidence, and correspondence Corporate Consolidate, update, track, and report on powers of attorney, board resolutions, and shareholder resolutions Support governance frameworks, including the company’s delegation of authority Assist with local legal entity filings and submissions globally Commercial & Contract Management Support the contract lifecycle management system and contract archive Reinforce contract compliance requirements under Huda Beauty’s contract policies Assist with digitisation and maintenance of legacy contracts Legal Research & Training Provide legal research support across intellectual property, corporate, and commercial law Support internal Legal training for new joiners and business stakeholders Assist with maintaining Legal know-how and guidance materials Administrative Support Provide administrative support to help the Legal team operate efficiently Support meeting coordination, document control, and day-to-day Legal operations Monthly “Self Love Days” – at company discretion Employee discounts on all Huda Beauty products Quarterly product gifting Huda Beauty is committed to building diverse and inclusive teams and upholding an equal employment workplace that is free from discrimination.
