Leadman - Facade Factory

We are seeking an experienced Leadman to join our facade team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating fabrication and installation activities, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Fabrication Process:

• Oversee and ensure correct fabrication processes are followed for all facade system components.

• Possess a strong understanding of fabrication techniques, materials, and tools used in facade works.

Facade Drawing Knowledge:

• Read and interpret facade drawings, shop drawings, and installation details accurately.

• Guide the team based on technical drawings and ensure work is executed as per design requirements.

Team Handling:

• Lead, manage, and motivate the team to achieve daily and project-based targets.

• Allocate tasks effectively and ensure productivity on site or in the fabrication workshop.

Quality and Safety Compliance:

• Ensure all works meet the quality standards set by the company and project specifications.

• Strictly adhere to and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.

Requirements:
✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in facade fabrication and installation.

✔ Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multi-skilled teams.

✔ Proficient in reading facade drawings and understanding technical details.

✔ Commitment to maintaining quality standards and safety compliance.

✔ Good communication and organisational skills.
