Lab Technician

We are looking for a detail-oriented Lab Technician to join our team. The Lab Technician will be responsible for conducting tests, analyzing results, and maintaining lab equipment to ensure high-quality standards are met.
Job Responsibility:
1. Perform various laboratory tests including chemical, microbiological, and physical analyses.
2. Prepare samples, conduct experiments, and analyze results accurately.
3. Maintain laboratory equipment, troubleshoot issues, and calibrate instruments.
4. Ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality control standards.
5. Record data, prepare reports, and maintain accurate documentation of test results.
6. Collaborate with team members and report any abnormalities or deviations in test results.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field.
2. Proven experience working in a lab setting.
3. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
4. Knowledge of laboratory safety procedures and quality control protocols.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
