Intern Financial Controlling

We are looking for a proactive Financial Controller Intern for a 6-month internship to support the Controlling (Management Accounting) function for the MEA & CIS sales region. You will assist with management reporting, performance analysis, budgeting, ad-hoc analyses, and process improvements. The ideal candidate is studying Finance, Economics, or Business Administration, has strong analytical skills, is proficient in Excel, and is eager to learn and contribute in a dynamic, cross-cultural environment.

• • Support the Controlling (Management Accounting) function for the MEA & CIS sales region
  • Provide occasional support to the Accounting department as required
  • Prepare management reports and enhance reporting tools
  • Conduct performance analysis (Actual vs. Budget)
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses and support special controlling tasks (e.g., business case preparation)
  • Assist in Budget and Forecast planning processes
  • Prepare presentations for internal and external management meetings
  • Support process documentation and improvements
  • Assist in the invoice approval process

• • Studies in Business Administration, Economics (Finance focus), or a comparable field
  • Previous practical experience (e.g., internship) is required
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking skills
  • Advanced Excel skills; basic PowerPoint knowledge
  • SAP knowledge (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud) is an advantage
  • Openness to modern tools and AI solutions for process improvement
  • Very good command of English; German is a plus
