We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our fit-out company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing interior design projects tailored to client requirements. You will collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to deliver high-quality, functional, and aesthetically pleasing interiors for residential, commercial, and retail spaces.

1. Design Development:
   

   
   
   • Meet with clients to understand project requirements, preferences, budget, and timelines.
     
   • Create mood boards, conceptual sketches, and 3D renderings to communicate design ideas effectively.
     
   • Develop detailed design plans, including layouts, color schemes, materials, lighting, and furniture.
     

2. Project Coordination:
   

   
   
   • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure the seamless execution of design concepts.
     
   • Source and procure materials, furniture, and accessories while staying within budget constraints.
     
   • Review and approve samples, mock-ups, and shop drawings.
     

3. Fit-Out Execution:
   

   
   
   • Supervise and inspect on-site work to ensure it aligns with design specifications and quality standards.
     
   • Resolve any on-site challenges or discrepancies between design and construction.
     

4. Client Relationship Management:
   

   
   
   • Maintain open communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
     
   • Provide professional advice on design trends, materials, and sustainable practices.
     

5. Documentation and Compliance:
   

   
   
   • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including technical drawings and reports.
     
   • Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
     

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  
• 3+ years of experience in interior design, preferably in a fit-out or construction environment.
  
• Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction processes.
  
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
