Human Resources Generalist Overview: The Greater Change is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team.
The HR Generalist will be responsible for a variety of HR functions, supporting our mission to foster a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
This role is ideal for a proactive and resourceful individual who thrives in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings and candidate sourcing to interviewing and onboarding new hires.
Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns, facilitating conflict resolution and promoting employee engagement.
Performance Management: Assist in the implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback sessions.
Compliance and Policy Management: Ensure HR policies and procedures are current, compliant, and effectively communicated across the organization.
Training and Development: Support the development and delivery of training programs aimed at employee development and skills enhancement.
HR Administration: Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and reporting, ensuring confidentiality and data accuracy.
Compensation and Benefits: Assist in administering employee benefits programs and maintaining payroll accuracy.
(Work for Home) Salary: 3000 to 4000 AED, Plus Incentive for every client being handled.

Annual leave and public holidays 6 Day working Week Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in HR software systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
HR certification (e.
g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred but not mandatory.
