الوصف الوظيفي

  • Develop and implement HSE plans, procedures, risk assessments, and safe operating procedures in alignment with local and international standards, including emergency preparedness and heat stress management.
  • Support site and workshop teams by enforcing safety protocols, conducting audits and awareness training, managing PPE and safety consumables, and maintaining safety documentation.
  • Coordinate with government authorities, ensure compliance with Phoenix-specific HSE requirements, and manage ISO (QMS, EMS, IMS) certifications and internal audits.
  • Develop training plans and matrices, lead HSE training programs, and promote a safety culture rooted in compliance, integrity, and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain HSE logs and reports, assist in project-specific risk assessments and JSAs, conduct NCR audits, and lead management review meetings to ensure ongoing HSE performance and communication.

المهارات

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in HSE roles within the energy, oil & gas, or power sectors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Strong ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and diverse teams.
  • Valid certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, Fire Safety Training, and Emergency First Aid are mandatory.
