About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and process-driven HR Operations Manager to oversee and optimize HR operations within a dynamic real estate environment. The role involves managing end-to-end HR functions, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws, and driving efficient HR processes to support business growth and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & AdministrationOversee day-to-day HR operations including employee lifecycle management.Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records, contracts, and HR systems.Streamline HR processes to improve efficiency and service delivery.Manage HR documentation, policies, and procedures.Employee Lifecycle ManagementHandle onboarding, probation management, confirmations, and offboarding processes.Ensure smooth employee transitions and a positive employee experience.Manage employee documentation including contracts, visas, and renewals.Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.Payroll & Compensation ManagementOversee payroll processing in coordination with finance.Ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements and benefits administration.Manage employee compensation structures and allowances.Ensure compliance with WPS and UAE labor regulations.Compliance & Labor LawEnsure adherence to UAE labor laws and company policies.Manage visa processing, labor contracts, and government-related documentation.Support audits and ensure HR compliance standards are met.Stay updated on regulatory changes and implement necessary updates.HR Systems & ReportingManage HRIS and ensure accurate data management.Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analytics for management.Track key HR metrics such as turnover, attendance, and performance.Provide insights to support decision-making.Team Leadership & CoordinationLead and manage the HR operations team.Provide guidance, training, and performance management.Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.Ensure smooth communication across HR and business units.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.6–10 years of experience in HR operations, preferably within real estate or construction industries.Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa processing, and HR best practices.
