Home Care Head Nurse with DHA

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Home Care Head Nurse with a valid DHA license to lead and manage our home care nursing team in Dubai.
In this senior role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring compliance with DHA standards and fostering a patient-centered care environment.
  Your leadership will be key in mentoring nursing staff, coordinating care plans, and driving continuous improvement in home care services.

- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
- Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and home care protocols.

- Coordinate patient care activities and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Manage documentation, quality assurance, and reporting related to home care nursing services.
Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid DHA license and registration.
- Significant experience in home care nursing, with previous leadership or supervisory roles preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead a multidisciplinary team.
