What you will be doing


Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Develop, implement and execute sales strategy for regional responsibility within the Mobile market, including regional aftersales.
  • Develop and execute our RRPS Service Sales growth in the Middle East region.
  • Lead the Mobile sales team responsible for sales of Engines to partners and OEMs and aftersales execution and drive a culture of high performance.
  • Accountability to deliver financial performance as per the operational planning.
  • Manage area specific sales planning of order income, sales and turnover within the framework of strategic and operational planning as well as expected annual and monthly forecasts for the specific application.
  • Support distributors in further development of distribution sales with emphasis in growing sales and sales engineering capabilities to expand market access and market share.
  • Provide support by developing a proper business plan through annual business planning.  Control and  supervise the execution of the agreed business plan through quarterly business reviews. Negotiate and sign individual supply contracts and frame contracts (direct sales) with OEM’s and end-users within the definition of distribution business.
  • Regular reporting of all market development activities, planning, results and sales trends to the MD of RR Solutions Middle East to support BU regional leaders and applications.
  • Systematic identification, analysis, and management of current or potentially important RRPS customers. Coordination and oversight of Key Account Sales penetration and activities within the existing RRS global organization.
  • Develop and manage Centre of Excellence for regional application engineering to meet local market requirements, develop non-standard offerings and deliver turn-key solutions for projects. Final approval of locally sourced non-standard value add items.
  • Contribute to the development of the application specific global strategy for the specific sub-application within the area of responsibility.
  • Plan, coordinate and ensure successful execution of seminars, conferences, road shows etc. to increase the brand awareness, influence specs to improve market penetration.
  • Provide local market view on product requirements, competition benchmarking to influence product development.
  • Coordinate customer demands with multinational affect with the second level after sales organization and the distribution network outside of the area of responsibility.
  • Responsible for regional after sales strategy and after sales product portfolio
  • Build and further develop the service partner network in the region.
  • Owns relationship with Service Partner and Service Managers jointly with Head of Service.
  • Plan and carry out audits of Service Partners for effective Onboarding process.
  • Implementation of measures agreed during audits
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and take measures to keep and develop high level of customer satisfaction through Service/Partner Network
  • Secure qualification of after sales force within Service Partner network with regards to after sales products and services.
  • Guarantee that Company standards and CI guidelines are in place at all partners.
  • Inform staff of compliance regulations (RRPS Integrity Code, relevant corporate guidelines, bylaws and legal provisions) and about the compliance organization of the RRPS Group.
  • Promote compliance culture in your own area of responsibility
  • Motivate staff to act in accordance with compliance rules
  • Live the letter and the spirit of the RRPS Integrity code.
  • Lead the team to become a high-performance unit by ensuring, implementing and continuously improving our (internal) processes and embedding them in our triO management system.
  • Coordination and functional alignment with colleagues across the Mobile Business Units at our FN heardquarter.

Qualification/ Experience and Competencies


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree in field appropriate for the function required with a background in Engineering or Business Administration field.
  • Arabic language is an advantage
  • Extensive experience in sales, distributor network development or business management in the industry with experience at a regional sales leadership profile.
  • Requires an excellent understanding across the business, its technologies, products and processes, having a track record in relationship management, can demonstrate strategic thinking, and as a minimum a significant understanding of business development, sales, commercial, and customer services.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with demonstrated experience in consulting, collaborating with, and influencing across all levels including the senior management both within RRPS and distributors / dealers.
  • Demonstrable leadership and coaching skills with the ability to manage a diverse service and field engineering team to drive a high performance culture in region.
  • Analytical thinker with an aptitude for problem solving. Experience of using structured change management process for complex change efforts within a function or business unit
  •  Strong experience across program management and process improvement and change management initiatives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
