1. Strategic Leadership: Proven experience at Head of Digital, CIO, CTO, or SVP level, with a track record of leading high-impact technology initiatives.
2. Government Advisory Expertise: Ability to provide strategic counsel at the government level on technology, cryptocurrency, AI, fintech, and digital banking.
3. Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of emerging technologies, including AI, blockchain, cryptocurrency, fintech platforms, and digital banking systems.
4. Policy and Strategy Development: Experience shaping policies and strategies that drive digital transformation in complex, large-scale environments.
5. Stakeholder Engagement: Exceptional interpersonal skills to build trusted relationships with senior government officials and industry leaders.
6. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to navigate complex challenges and deliver actionable, innovative solutions.
