Kempinski Hotels is seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Global HR Controlling & Rewards Senior Manager to join our Corporate Office in Dubai. This critical role is central to driving our People & Performance strategy by ensuring robust HR data governance, strategic workforce planning, and the effective design and execution of our global compensation and benefits framework. The ideal candidate will be a strong, experienced professional, comfortable with being “Hands-on,” adept at managing complex change projects, and capable of deploying processes with the agility of a start-up. The role is split into two primary areas: HR Controlling and Total Rewards, with a consistent focus on project management, process deployment, training & empowerment of the teams and agility.:
- HR Controlling & Data Governance:
o
Workforce Planning & Budget Management: Own the global HR budget, headcount budget, and workforce planning processes, including follow-up and variance analysis. Establish a strong partnership with the Finance department & the Business to align planning and reporting.
o
HR Reporting & Analytics: Oversee all HR reporting needs across the various Centres of Expertise & Entities. Provide decision-making support to management via data & HR analytics.
o
HR Data & Compliance Ownership: Act as the owner of core HR data, ensuring data quality, integrity, and compliance across the organization.
o
Community Animation: Lead and animate the HR community on HR Controlling and data-related topics, fostering best practice sharing and consistency.
- Global Total Rewards & Benefits:
o
Full Compensation Cycle Ownership: Drive and manage the full compensation cycle, including the annual budget process, bonus schemes, individual merit increases, retention plans and performance-related pay.
o
Compensation Package Design: Prepare executive compensation packages and offers, utilizing both internal and external benchmarks to ensure market competitiveness and equity.
o
Guidelines & Salary Grids: Maintain, update, and communicate global Compensation and Salary Grid guidelines to the HR community, especially HR representatives in the Properties.
o
Global Benefits Policy: Own and pilot the global Benefits policy for both the Corporate Office and all Properties.
o
Reporting & Compliance: Oversee rewards-related reporting and compliance, including contributions to ESGreporting.
