Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Foreman to lead on-site labour teams and ensure quality workmanship in interior fit-out projects. The candidate should be hands-on with fit-out methods and capable of managing site activities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily activities of workers and subcontractors on-site.
  

  
  

• Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely completion.
  

  
  

• Maintain work discipline, quality standards, and site cleanliness.
  

  
  

• Ensure compliance with safety and technical specifications.
  

  
  

• Report daily progress to Site Engineer or Project Manager.
  

  
  

• Assist in material handling, inspection, and inventory on-site.
  

  
  

• Diploma/Trade Certificate in Civil or related field.
  

  
  

• 2–3 years UAE experience as a foreman in interior fit-out.
  

  
  

• In-depth knowledge of partitions, ceiling, joinery, and finishes.
  

  
  

• Ability to read basic AutoCAD layouts and translate them on-site.
  

  
  

• Strong team supervision, communication, and time management skills.
