Female Restaurant Supervisor (Russian / Serbian Speaker)

TDIC Food & Beverage has a diverse portfolio of F&B venues, including high-end stand alone restaurants that are well established within the Abu Dhabi market (Premium Steakhouse, Contemporary American Restaurant & Japenese Fusion Restaurant & Lounge) and a renowned luxury beach club that is nestled away on the island of Saadiyat.

We are looking for energetic and highly motivated Female Restaurant Supervisor (Russian / Serbian Speaker) who has the ability to assess and train staff effectively with excellent communication skills in English and can communicate effectively with guests and staff at all levels.
The responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: 
- Supervise the restaurant & lounge.
- Manage restaurant & lounge staff
- Serve Food & Beverage to guests. 
- Ensure a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service consistent with the F&B Standards, Policies & Procedures in order to maximize guest satisfaction.

Qualifications required:
• Hotel School Graduate or Catering School Diploma preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience as a Supervisor. 
• Exposure to 5*, fine-dining standards.
• Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to make decisions and find alternative solutions to problems.
• Should have the "soft" skills to motivate and develop employees. 
• Time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
